EcoStruxure Clean-in-Place Advisor is an innovative Industry 4.0 solution that enables CIP operations in a resource-efficient, time-saving and cost-effective manner. EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor, in contrast, puts real-time information at your fingertips, whenever and wherever it is needed. The object-oriented, PLC-based process control system, including MES functions and integrated recipe control, can be used with control systems from various manufacturers and is available in seven language versions. brewmaxx stands for brewing technology software-know-how and has already become the standard control system in numerous breweries worldwide.
The scalable brewmaxx licence model enables the easy implementation of various plant sizes. For example, micro-breweries equipped with brewmaxx compact can venture into the world of automation with ease. Craft brewers, on the other hand, use brewmaxx due to its comprehensive recipe and material management, which facilitates the handling of a wide variety of products. Major breweries swear by brewmaxx routing management: intelligent, automatic tank and route selection, based on status and material tests, helps breweries to make optimum use of existing plant capacities.
